Artichoke and mushroom, yum! I love this Penn Station! It's very clean, everyone is friendly, and the food is delicious. We eat here every time we get the chance.

Horrible, incompetent management that doesn't train employees in basic safety protocols. I don't recommend eating here because if anything goes wrong, you'll hear a lot of excuses and no accountability.

At this particular point on Charlestown road, seemingly all of the regional sandwich shops square off. You've got Jimmy John's, Subway, Quizno's and Penn Station all within spitting distance of each other. The only reason I can think of that you would choose Penn Station is if your diet is lacking in grease. The store is consistently clean and well-kept. The staff efficiently tends to orders and convets your money to food. However, every sandwich I've ordered here has just been dripping with grease. It doesn't help that the salty fries that come in the combo meal are also damp with frying fat. Whenever I've eaten here, I leave feeling just a little bit heavier but rarely satisfied. If you're looking for a heavy, hot sandwich, then this may be the place for you. It just wasn't for me. I would gladly go to any of the other sandwich shops around it before Penn Station.

Consistently yummy. Philly cheese steak is great, fries are the bomb. Me and 2 kids eat for $20. Recently refurbed, better decor and updated now.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here this past weekend. I received my food and it wasn't the size I ordered so I took it up front and politely told them it wasn't what I ordered. A young man proceeded to argue with me and insist that it was and he knows because he's been here two years. There were several people in the store and I didn't want to make a scene so I went back to my seat and as I say there staring at my sandwich I decided to take it back up and get a refund. The guy at the counter Said he needed to get the manager which ended up being the young man who was arguing with me. I will never return again. It was $21 for a 6" & 8" sub with a small and medium fry and 2 small cokes. The 8" & 6"'subs were the same exact size and were both just a tad longer than my credit card. I went to Jimmy John's which we love. For $21 we could have ate just about anywhere and had a lot better service. I'll never return! Extremely poor management.

I'm from Southern California, I have family in Indiana my uncle took me here when I was down here, unfortunately we do not have a Penn Station, we have... Togos, Subway, Blimpies, and Quiznos. I can gladly say I would trade all four for a Penn Station. Any sandwich is good here, but my 2 favorites our the Chicken Cordon Bleu, and the Chicken Salad. Be sure to try there fries and there lemonade
